I have to say I absolutely hate car shopping. I do not I have to say I absolutely hate car shopping. I do not like how dealerships do noT train their employees how to actually make a sale. Like bugging customers at the dealership if your just looking we will ask you if we need you. Or calling you a million times each week or for 9 months later is going to get them a sale. All that is going to get you is a pissed off customer that will ban your dealership. Dallas Lease Returns is not like that. They are the opposite. This is the first time in the history of me buying cars that it was an enjoyable experience. I think a lot of that came down to our Salesman Pete Hankins. Pete, Is a great guy and does not fit the car salesman mold. He truly wants you to love the car you buy not just like it. Pete is very professional but has a funny personality he is easy going and everybody loves him. In the weeks we were trying to find me a car Pete and I made a friendly relationship because we talked to each other at least once every two days. We were not able to make it to the facility to pick the car up so he arranged for the car to be delivered. Everything was done over the computer. Pete called me the next day to check up on me and make sure I liked it and I love it. Pete would call here and there to check in on me and I really appreciated that. We like Pete so much we bought a Truck for my husband 2 weeks after we bought mine. I can honestly say I do not think we will ever do business with another dealership again. The way we were treated by Dallas lease returns was Great but Pete Hankins sealed the deal. He is a great man with excellent morals he will not lie to you, sneak stuff into the paperwork to get paid more and he will go the extra mile to help get you the very best interest rate and terms for the car not just what is spit back out by the computer. He really cares about his customers and he wants us to come back to him. He is a relationship builders and humans thrive on that. He has nailed down the true points of sales and this is what sets him apart. Unfortunately all of you who will read this don’t know me from the fly on the wall but, if you did and if you had been car shopping with me in the past you would not believe what you are reading., I am a nice person but the claws come out when I go car shopping for various reasons I’m not going to get into on here.
