Great selection of used cars and personable service. I was looking for a 2016 Ford Explorer. I had been searching for about a week and gotten the usual hard sell tactics from several places that I visite I was looking for a 2016 Ford Explorer. I had been searching for about a week and gotten the usual hard sell tactics from several places that I visited including some direct sale by owners. A friend of mine said he had a great experience with Joe Wall over at Dallas Lease Returns so I went on the Internet and found that they had several explorers in my price range. When I got there Joe was sick that day but he referred me to Pete Hankins. It actually crossed my mind to come back when Joe was well but I decided to look since I was there. I can’t tell you what a great experience it was working with Pete. He made me feel comfortable right out of the gate, I never felt pressured and he actually made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. He was very personable and quickly set me up with the keys and I headed out on my own to test drive the car. The Explorer was very clean and in fantastic shape and actually had a lot more bells and whistles than I was originally looking for. It felt brand new so I knew that it was going to be my next car. The negotiation process was very comfortable and Pete was totally open and transparent and I felt a lot more comfortable buying from an established place that backs up theirs cars if any issue came up. It was seriously the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Tammy worked with my budget and made the financing easy and I was driving off the lot with my new used car the next day!
