My dad has purchased two vehicles from Tony at Rudy Luther Toyota so he sent me their way and they did not disappoint. Not only did these folks treat me well, but they worked with me to help me get my Luther Toyota so he sent me their way and they did not disappoint. Not only did these folks treat me well, but they worked with me to help me get my vehicle for a lower price than another dealer that was not as accommodating. A stellar, easy experience! More

I bought a used Rav4 from Rudy Luther that ended up having nail in the tire which wasn't repairable and required a new tire, and in the end required 4 new tires since its AWD. Instead of trying to work with me to resolve this issue, I have received the run around from the service department and the salesperson who sold me the car. I am now being completely ignored by the dealership so will be taking my car elsewhere to be serviced. I had a mostly good experience buying the car, but pretty awful customer service as soon as I drove it off the lot (they owed me a 2nd key fob that I never would have received if I didn't continue to follow up on it). More

My issue is with the service department, not with the sales department. I brought in the vehicle to receive the second set of keys (only 1 was provided when I bought the vehicle). When I scheduled the ap sales department. I brought in the vehicle to receive the second set of keys (only 1 was provided when I bought the vehicle). When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that it would take about 6 minutes to generate the new key fob. When I arrived, I was told that due to worker assignments it would take about 1 hour to get the task assigned, completed and documented. I received no updates while I was waiting. After 1 1/2 hours I went back to the desk to find out what was taking so long. The rep told me that he had no updates, but after my insistence, he searched his inbox and found the key fob in his inbox. He then told me that it would take another 10 to 15 minutes to complete the paperwork, at which point I received the fob only. It was at this point that I was told that I should have received the mechanical key when I purchased the vehicle, and that a new mechanical key would cost an additional $100. I searched the vehicle and my records at home and did not find the mechanical key, so I am purchasing an after-market key. My issues with this service experience are: 1 - It is an inconvenience for me to make a trip to the dealership to pick up the second set of keys. 2- It took way too long to get the key fob prepared. 3 - I should have been told clearly when I bought the vehicle that I was receiving the mechanical key and that I would have to bring it in to have it matched with the second key fob. More
