My husband and I work with Thomas in sales and he was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive, offered great insight that helped us pick the right car for us. After making the initial deposit toward the car of our choice, Thomas kept an open line of communication, making himself available through email and promptly returned any voicemails left. Overall myself and my husband had a satisfactory experience at Rudy Luther Toyota and would highly recommend this dealership and more specifically working with Thomas H. More

As newcomers with a specific but limited budget, we had lots of questions and uncertainties about leasing. Friends had told us it could take two to three months to finalize a good deal, but in our case the whole process took no more than two to three weeks. I contacted different companies and dealers at the same time to request quotes, and my very first exchange was with Roger. He was quick to respond and provided me with multiple quotes based on the conditions I asked for. His efficiency and transparency helped us move forward much faster than we expected. Honestly, we couldn’t believe how much progress we could make simply through messaging on our phones, even before visiting in person. Later, even without an appointment, we stopped by Rudy Luther and finally met Roger in person. We were very impressed with his professionalism and the effort he put into finding us the best possible deal. Everything was explained clearly and simply, and just one week later, our car was ready. This was our very first experience owning a car in the U.S., and Rudy Luther together with Roger made it a truly smooth and positive one for us. More

My car was initially expected to arrive later in September, but as soon as he found a similar one that matched my preferences, he reached out to me right away. He made the entire process easy — from completing the paperwork to finalizing the deal and driving away in my new car. He truly cares about creating a great experience and follows up promptly with any questions I have afterward. From finance, I worked with Pete Delgreco, who clearly explained the different options I could sign up for and the differences between them. The process was smooth, and we were able to finish all the necessary paperwork with just a few quick e-signatures. More
