Excellent Experience! Our experience at Audi of Charlotte was excellent! The day started off great with friendly smiles and greetings. Jim Mangano talked with us to make Our experience at Audi of Charlotte was excellent! The day started off great with friendly smiles and greetings. Jim Mangano talked with us to make sure we considered the right vehicles for our needs and we were well taken care of by his excellent team. Carlos spent his entire day with us and he never rushed us to make a decision! He took his time to explain all the features of the vehicles. He allowed us to take an extended test drive (Jim probably thought we kidnapped him) to make sure we both felt comfortable with the drive in the city and on highway. He even parked two vehicles side by side so I could make the difficult decision of which beautiful color to choose! Peppi walked us through all our financing options and maintenance agreements. He didn't play games with the numbers; he just helped is find the right option for our needs. Kyle took the time to help us sync phones, set radio presets, and show us how to use the many features of our new Q7! He made sure everything was perfect before we drove away. Everyone was so accommodating! We felt like the most important buyers there, although the dealership was buzzing with activity that Saturday.
