Great people with great cars I've been taking my car here for Service for years and have found the experience to be great. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable and able to clea I've been taking my car here for Service for years and have found the experience to be great. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable and able to clearly explain any issues. They also keep you informed of the progress. Charles has been my trusted advisor for my last few visits, but yesterday, I learned I needed to make a very large repair or invest in a new vehicle. Charles introduced me to Walter, who had the patience of a saint. Since I wasn't anticipating a new vehicle when I walked in (although have always known my next car would still be an Audi), I had a lot of questions about the models, wanted to drive a couple, needed time to calculate payment options that work for me, etc. Through it all, Walter conversed WITH me (not talked AT me) to answer the questions, provide his own guidance/feedback, and he worked to help get me to a place I needed to be in order to buy my new car. Along the way, other employees came by to refresh drinks, ask how things are, and just generally make the experience pleasant even though I was stressed. If you're thinking about Audi, or even if you're not, I'd highly recommend this dealership. More

Good deal on 2015 Q5 TDI Premium Plus + Sport + Tech package I originally called and talked to another sales person. She was off the next day so I spoke to Rich. He was very good despite being busy with other customers onsite. He answered a lot of my questions and took pictures for me since the Q5 was just offered and only had a single stock photo. Jeremy, the pre-owned manager had the vehicle delivered to me 2 days later. My fault for leaving my wallet at home or I would have driven it home when I was there. The roof rack crossbars was not on it but Rich took care of it. I didn't notice the cargo area cover was missing upon delivery but Rich took care of it after the fact. I drove down to pick it up and he took it out of his own Q5. He was the owner of my Q5 lease so I am sure it was well maintained. I would recommend Rich and Jeremy at Audi of Charlotte. Good people here that take care of their customers in my limited experience. Hai More

I was nervous about buying a used car, so David helped me understand the Certified Pre-Owned. He was very patient in terms of letting me check out a number of the used cars. He didn't call me relentlessly, the way some other salespeople have. That was appreciated. Since moving to NC, I've had my Audi serviced at this dealership. They've always been very good to deal with. Glad to see that same vibe carried through to the sales side of the dealership. More
