Through that he was able to help me make the right choice for what I needed for me and my families needs. I would definitely recommend working with max. I felt as a female looking for a car (and I know what I like ) he was respectful the entire time. I love my new Audi Q5 and am so happy that I stay with the Audi product. My only hiccup was that I was given an empty car upon the sale. They did make up for it by letting me come back anytime to fill up my tank so I feel that they took the steps necessary. Sold us two cars in two days. That says it all Last week my husband took me in to see the Audi A6 he had decided to purchase. I was immediately green with envy and knew I wanted a new SUV. My curre Last week my husband took me in to see the Audi A6 he had decided to purchase. I was immediately green with envy and knew I wanted a new SUV. My current SUV had less than 10,000 miles and was just a year old. There was no logic to this decision other than the Audi ride was incredible. I spoke with WIl Vinson, General Manager, with my very specific requirements but they did not have one available on the lot. Wil called upon Tobias Hengge who then located a car for me in Virginia near Washington DC and it arrived in record time. Ordered it on the 27th and was here on the 31rst. I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Audi Q8 Quattro. With the added help of Jay Hilton and the guidance of Kyle Andes on the technology of my purchase I drove off today a new member of the Audi family. Thank you to all who turned my husband and I into Audi owners. A fine ending to 2018. A final thanks to Peppi Bonocore for making the paperwork on both transactions a breeze. More

His recommendations were on point and I didn’t feel taken pressured in any way. Max is great at knowing his audience and making the experience fit the buyer! The entire staff of the dealership was very approachable and welcomed our family, gave snacks to our kids (win!) and made them feel at ease (and entertained ) while we shopped around.
