All I ask at the onset of the purchase was to be informed of the movements of my vehicle during the lengthy shipping process and subsequent modification. I had to initiate every phone call except for the one where the sales rep would receive their commission. The cars exterior was dirty upon delivery. Pedro was great but I didn’t see any of the financing information or costs of the vehicle, other than our monthly payment amount. My fault that I didn’t ask for it but it should have been provided, I can only hope we didn’t pay for anything we didn’t want. I was not impressed with the experience but we do love the vehicle. The best part of my experience comes down to three people, Devin, Kain, and Pedro. Being a Ford truck owner for over 25 years, I was very skeptical about a new, non Ford truck. Davin reassured that would lo e the Tundra 1794. He recognized my skepticism and repetitively said, "Take your time. Your asr not buying a t-shirt. This is a big purchase, and we want you to be happy with your decision." Kain, who diligently drove to my house, twice, to retrieve documents, was very pleasant and easy to speak with. He spoke of the family style atmosphere at Del Toyota. Pedro, who worked on the financial end of the deal, slowly explained each document and shared some stories of how to navigate through the many extended warranty products. Overall, in every business, the employees are the difference in failure and success. It is no wonder why Del Toyota is highly rated. More
