I went in to get my car serviced November 2, 2025. My car was present at the shop until January 2, 2026. I told him everything was wrong with my car upon dropping it off, but yet no oil change didn’t examine the front end still shaking while driving I always have a great time and experience When dealing with this particular dealership. but this time was a lot different. The service time was ridiculous. The response times to my concerns was totally ridiculous and I would not recommend anyone to service advisor. Felipe.
