Everything was great but don't understand why they had to park my car in a crowded corner parking spot rather than just leaving it out front for me to get into and go after they gave me my keys back. Even th park my car in a crowded corner parking spot rather than just leaving it out front for me to get into and go after they gave me my keys back. Even the gentleman who checks your car into the service dept. came up to help me find my car after seeing that I was having trouble locating it -had trouble finding my car too - walking around the corner pressing the unlock button on my key fob until we finally located it. I could barely squeeze into my car door since it was parked so close to another car. Also when I pulled out of the spot I had to leave at about a 45 degree angle because they had another car parked about 10 feet away in front of my car. I know your going to say - we have a parking lot and space issue problem which I even heard about 9 months ago when I bought my car but it time for someone to do something about it and understand that its not normal. Leaving a recently serviced automobile for a customer who is now and has been waiting in the waiting area should not be parked anywhere but immediately right outside the service area door. STAMP THE SERVICE TICKET CUSTOMER WAITING like most other dealers do. Don't get me wrong everything else about your dealership is GREAT but please keep in mind how to keep your customers happy in your soon to be built new service center. More
