Paul, our sales consultant, and his manager were both exceptionally patient and helpful throughout the process. Mr. Hernandez in finance made everything smooth and stress-free — he was both knowledgeable and approachable. The concierge car service is a game-changer. They picked up our vehicle and returned it to us for our first maintenance appointment, which was incredibly convenient. When a small detail was overlooked, a service manager (Dustin) personally called both of us and immediately arranged for someone to drive to our home to take care of it.
