Paul Lai was exactly what every salesman should be; knowledgeable, friendly, and not overbearing. My husband and I came in to look around in hopes of making a purchase in the future but Paul was able knowledgeable, friendly, and not overbearing. My husband and I came in to look around in hopes of making a purchase in the future but Paul was able to easily provide us with the lease we couldn't walk away from. The next evening we picked up our new ML350!!!! I would recommend Paul Lai to any of my friends looking for a new car! More

Thank you Paul J. Lai and Ruben Lebron, this was the best experience EVER when getting a new car !!! My wife and I would like to thank Paul for his courteous, friendly, respectful and professional treatment experience EVER when getting a new car !!! My wife and I would like to thank Paul for his courteous, friendly, respectful and professional treatment and going above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. He helped us make the correct decision in our own time and explained every aspect to us. Ruben was a wealth of knowledge and also went above and beyond to help explain/demonstrate all the incredible features of the 2012 GL450. My family are extremely happy with MB Princeton and will definitely be coming back to see Paul and Ruben and get our next car in a few years. Regards, Craig and Moddy More

The Sales person Paul J Lai provided us with very detailed info about both E & C class vehicle and that really helped us to make a decision. He was so patience with us and also didn't push us to clos detailed info about both E & C class vehicle and that really helped us to make a decision. He was so patience with us and also didn't push us to close the deal immediately. He gave us enough time to think and also took lot of effort to test drive different models in order for us to make a wise decision. His in-depth knowledge about Mercedes-Benz cars helped us to understand the different features. He matched the price offered to us by other dealers and even gave us a better deal. We were very much satisfied with his service and really appreciate his effort. Thanks a lot Paul. More
