After a terrible customer service experience at Heritage Mazda of Towson & Catonsville, I had low expec up there to buy my car because of Paul Gallo. After a terrible customer service experience at Heritage Mazda of Towson & Catonsville, I had low expectations when I called around to the other dealerships in the state. I was connected with Paul and was assured that he was going to take care of me from start to finish. Paul was fantastic to work with. He spoke to me completely different than the other dealership's sales reps and managers, he listened to what I was looking for, and set up a dedicated time to meet where he had a plan to get me into my next car. When I met with Paul he was polite, knowledgeable and was not there to sell me. He knew I was coming in with the expectation to reserve a car sitting on a boat somewhere and not necessarily make a sale that day. Even though Paul was ok with that plan, I think he could tell I didn't want to wait, so he worked the numbers with his finance manager to get me into a car they had on the lot that I NEVER expected I could own. I highly recommend working with Paul. More
