Paul ensured the diagnostic was covered and nobody at the dealership made me feel bad for following up with more questions after the purchase. This was refreshing. The team works well together and the environment felt welcoming. Natalia from the service department was absolutely excellent. She was my contact person for the service after the vehicle purchase. I was originally frustrated about the immediate vehicle issues following the purchase. However, Natalia made sure everything was handled correctly and turned what could have been a negative experience into a wonderful experience. Can’t recommend her enough.
