Hello [Manager’s Name], I want to share both positive and negative feedback from my recent visit. My salesperson, Paul, was excellent — professional, kind, and deserving of five stars. He made me feel co and negative feedback from my recent visit. My salesperson, Paul, was excellent — professional, kind, and deserving of five stars. He made me feel comfortable and valued. However, during the process I had a very troubling interaction with one of your managers, Ryan. I was trying to explain that Tampa was willing to match the numbers and throw in a warranty, but Ryan talked over me and shifted the conversation into my personal faith. He questioned my loyalty and even asked me things like whether I would go to another church if they had better cookies. I’ve never experienced anything like this anywhere, much less at a dealership. I understand that managers want to close deals, but my going to church has nothing to do with buying a car. That line should never be crossed. Buying a car should be a positive and straightforward experience. Instead, I left feeling spiritually attacked and diminished. That is not something I ever expected, especially from someone in management. I’m writing because I believe this is serious and should be addressed. No customer should have their faith mocked or used against them in a sales conversation. Thank you for your time and for looking into this matter. Update I was called from a manager said sorry and seemed very sincere. However left it with you have three feel oil changes . That is complementary to all customers.. This is not something that should be taken lightly and should be taken seriously to help correct my experience with their management ( Ryan ) More
