Your dealership has horrible phone service bc when I call no one ever answers the phone neither does the service manager!!!!! It's came a long way for a while I was considering switching to another dealership because the customer service was poor and felt very unorganized but now that has improved drastically my only complai switching to another dealership because the customer service was poor and felt very unorganized but now that has improved drastically my only complaint is that I feel like I'm constantly being upsold to for services that are really not necessary More

After I dropped it off, they took a video of my car and the person was talking fast and it was noisy. I couldn’t understand what they were saying what all my car needed. I tried to call 10 or 12 times diff the person was talking fast and it was noisy. I couldn’t understand what they were saying what all my car needed. I tried to call 10 or 12 times different phone numbers to the dealership for Service to talk to them about all that And by the time I finally got through 3035 minutes later, they said my car was done and ready to go. More

My service was completed with my vehicle parked at the front and I waited 35 minutes for the keys at the front to find out that the keys were already there after 35 minutes. Additionally my windshield flu front and I waited 35 minutes for the keys at the front to find out that the keys were already there after 35 minutes. Additionally my windshield fluids were not filled. The vehicle came back empty. I did know until I left after frustration More
