I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in the service department but Paul was already assisting a customer. The girl next to him saw me and didn't offer to help. Until he was finished with his customer s department but Paul was already assisting a customer. The girl next to him saw me and didn't offer to help. I recently visited the Hyundai service center and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My vehicle was serviced in a timel very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, and I appreciated the regular updates during the process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait more enjoyable.
