Addressed some minor items with the car upon my request, and worked with my schedule with the kids and wife. Overall, a great experience. There was a minor problem when the safety inspection expired prior to me being able to pay sales tax. They got me in for another inspection quickly, and saved my Saturday. I would recommend them. Very responsive and great to work with from out of town! I was looking for a great deal on a 2016 Volvo XC90 Inscription, fully loaded, which was hard to find in the exact color exterior/interior combo. Usi I was looking for a great deal on a 2016 Volvo XC90 Inscription, fully loaded, which was hard to find in the exact color exterior/interior combo. Using CarGurus to search the nation, I found one here. After some negotiation over the phone - no pressure at all from Paul Biermann - we settled on a price for the vehicle. Paul sent the vehicle over to the Volvo dealer for recalls to be taken care of and minor scratches to be repaired by their body shop prior to me coming down and making the transaction. I was in and out in a few hours, and on my way with a like new vehicle without paying for the depreciation! Special thanks to Paul for making this the easiest car buying transaction I've had over the years...great guy! More

Great! We recently purchased a brand new 2017 Outback. Our salesman was Paul and he did a great job getting us into our new Outback. It was a long day there We recently purchased a brand new 2017 Outback. Our salesman was Paul and he did a great job getting us into our new Outback. It was a long day there for us but that's my fault. But at the end of the day I feel we got a good deal on our new Outback. And Mark knocked the ball out of the park when he went over all the "new gadgets" that we had no idea what they were for. Product knowledge is very important and Mark knows his product! I was very concerned about the service after the sale but I had a good phone conversation with Eric the service manager yesterday and he let me know he is always there to help us should we need him. I felt very good after our conversation. Only the the future will tell if I made a good choice doing business with The Dean Team but for now I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. More

Best car buying experience ever! I've always hated buying a car, but The Dean Team made it hassle free. They went the extra mile. If buying a car be sure to ask for Paul. The Service Department, especially Eric Harrelson, has been more than helpful whenever service was needed. The Sales Department, especially Paul Bierman and J. D. Daugherty were both more than helpful in the purchase of my new Subaru Impreza. J. D. took an enormous amount of time to guide me through all the "bells and whistles" of the new car, impressing his desire to call him whenever needed for help with any problems. More
