Brought a company vehicle 2023 F-150 in for service with 12k miles. They held it for a day with no courtesy call. I went in the next day and they said they ordered the part and will need another day. I aske 12k miles. They held it for a day with no courtesy call. I went in the next day and they said they ordered the part and will need another day. I asked for a courtesy car and they told me that they do not usually lend cars that are company cars. It is a courtesy they say. Isn’t courtesy giving a call to let the customer know they wont have their car that day? I bought a Ford Ranger from here about ten years ago and I never got treated in such a way probably because I bought it and not the company. If this dealership is only going to respect the individual who buys the car compared to the company who buys multpile cars for their employees then they should let them know that. Just because a person has a company vehicle doesnt mean you can treat them differently unless thats the culture. Please respect all customers next time and and when my company asks me what truck I need it definitely will not be a Ford, especially from Ganley Ford West. Pretty sad over a one day, again ONE DAY courtesy vehicle for a product you put on the street that malfunctions after 12k miles, have some accoutability please, thank you. More

I used to go to the ganley in Middleburg heights but I've had many issues with them. From Annette Conrad and from their service manager John. They are very unprofessional.
