It started with my wife wanting to look at the new Outlanders as she had researched many positives while home in Japan. His salesmanship was pressure free and he bent over backwards to accommodate our questions, concerns and time constraints. Kyle was very knowledgeable and courteous. We test drove the Outlander "black edition" and were impressed and smitten by all of the features, handling, cabin environment, and price point. It outclassed my beloved Hondas and made me a fan. Steve Beauchamp really impressed us with the tech and the ease in navigating the application and he is a stellar manager. Plus, he is an owner and a true believer of the Mitsubishi brand!
