Fixed my car but left me with a coolant leak Brought my car in to fix my AC unit. Picked up my car and the AC blew nice and cold, great. Drive my car a half a mile where the check engine light comes on and the engine temp was maxed out. Pulled over and found that there was no engine coolant as it was draining from the bottom of the car. On top of that I found MULTIPLE caps in my engine bay that were not put back on the car. Extreme negligence on the service tech to not only accidentally causing a huge leak that could have seriously damaged my engine but also didn't bother to check over rest of the car to see if the job was done right. Patrick Zimmerman helped me out and personally took care of me, got me picked up, and towed my car. He was great and one of the greatest guys there for sure, he is the only reason for 2-stars instead of 1. The same cannot be said in my case about the sloppy, negligent, and unprofessional person who serviced my car. I am now extremely hesitant to take my car back to Cortese Service sadly. More

Disappointing I arrived BEFORE my scheduled appointment, had to wait to check-in, in the meantime another customer walked in as a second service counter rep came ba I arrived BEFORE my scheduled appointment, had to wait to check-in, in the meantime another customer walked in as a second service counter rep came back. Without inquiring who was next he took the other customer before me. After waiting (from actual check-in time) over an hour, someone popped his head into the waiting area to get another waiting customer and said "Oh, I'll check on your car you were here before I went to lunch". Finally at about 1 hour 15 minutes, another service rep came out and told me my inspection was expired, and "is it okay to do it?" Obviously I needed it done, but I was already running very late for what should have been a quick appointment, needless to say almost 2 hours from the time of my scheduled appointment time I left. Oh and to receive a text while I am sitting there "If you need anything throughout your visit" and I send a text asking a question and never receive a reply .... why bother? More
