Never Again Worked with Patrick Weeks on a deal for my daughter. She and I went in because Patrick had contacted her about a "today and today only" deal on a us Worked with Patrick Weeks on a deal for my daughter. She and I went in because Patrick had contacted her about a "today and today only" deal on a used car. Sat down and worked out a deal to include a smooth return of her leased vehicle and a bottom line price. Patrick and I shook on the deal. I had to leave early for an appointment. Immediately after I left, my daughter was told there would be an additional fee of $360 dollars (disposition fee?) and because of a tiny ding in the returned car there would be another $200 involved upon return. Patrick had looked at the returned car before I left and assured me things would be fine. He, also being a experienced sales person, must have known about the disposition fee. Bottom Line - we shook on a deal and as soon as I was out of the building - the deal changed. NEVER AGAIN will any of my family use Heritage for service or sales. Apparently you can't trust a handshake there,,,, More
