I have been a longtime customer of Heritage Toyota because I love Camry's and Avalon's and because I have always been treated well by the folks there. So, when I needed a car I called them, and they put me in touch with Tek Luitel. He listened to my needs and interests and had the perfect car for me. He was very friendly and helpful and let me take the car for the day. This sold me on it and I purchased it that day. It's a 2020 Carry AWD LE and I love it already. I'm older and was worried about all of the technology, but Tek helped me to set up my phone and the audio system, so I felt very comfortable when I drove the car away. I bought the extended warranty, so I will be having all of my service done at Heritage. The Service Dept. there has always treated me well on my Avalon and all of my Camry's. Patrick Weeks in Finance gave me some ideas about buying an external CD player which is something I really wanted to purchase for my new car. He was very nice and personable and answered all of my questions. So all in all, purchasing the car was a very pleasant experience. More
