I had stopped repeatedly at Subaru of Little Rock due to their wide selection of used cars and solid pricing. I had test driven at least three different vehicles on various days and been back and forth seve their wide selection of used cars and solid pricing. I had test driven at least three different vehicles on various days and been back and forth several times trying to decide, as I weigh car buying carefully. During this several week period never once did Patrick apply pressure or give any indication of frustration with the delay. After shopping every dealer in Little Rock and Memphis, I only was even willing to consider a couple of dealers, and Patrick was the reason why. Even when I located the car I ended up buying, I said I needed an hour, and he was totally no pressure. He explained in detail the CPO, went over the Carfax online and answered every question. His professionalism and manner of sales should be the standard. Chasing people and high pressure tactics is a bad part of a bygone era. This is how a professional acts. He knew he had a good vehicle, built value, and was upfront about what they could and couldn't do. Going through finance was very fast and painless, even though I never buy extended warranty, they sold the value of a Subaru warranty, the pre-paid oil changes were a great deal, and they beat my credit union rates. Best car buying experience in many years. More
