The wait time was over 3 hours for a diagnostic! Then I was the one walking up to the receptionist asking what was going on with my car! Some one sent me a text stating the problems after 3 hours but then was the one walking up to the receptionist asking what was going on with my car! Some one sent me a text stating the problems after 3 hours but then NEVER came up to tell me what any of those problems meant! Very slow, very inconsiderate, and unprofessional!! They need workers who will tell customers what’s wrong with their cars and not just have their paperwork sitting there and waiting 3 hours for the problem to not be resolved!! Worst place EVER!! DO NOT GO HERE More
