Yes. Empower your serviced department to prepare for requests that are made 2 weeks in advance and don’t leave it up to the customer to call to confirm the day before and be told there is nothing that can be done. Why did I have to have a fit to get a car for the day? It’s not ok to show up the day of the appointment to find out that a request was not honored. There is something wrong with the processes in your service department. It truely is your weakest service link. It takes time to build trust with those you entrust to fix your car. Garnet Ford’s service department has it hands down over this service department.
