I was given a wait time of an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change by another service partner. After the two hour remark, I was still waiting for the previous service partner to come tell me my ve for an oil change by another service partner. I have had an extremely poor experience with the service department at this dealership. I have brought my vehicle in for repairs nine separate times for the same ongoing problem, and it is still not resolve department at this dealership. I have brought my vehicle in for repairs nine separate times for the same ongoing problem, and it is still not resolved. The main issue is an oil leak from the rear differential that is leaking toward the brake system, which is a serious safety concern. The oil leak has already been “repaired” four different times, and the rear differential was even replaced once, yet the oil continues to leak. Despite all these visits and attempts, the problem remains exactly the same. In addition to the repeated failed repairs, the communication from the dealership has been unacceptable. I have now been waiting over 14 days for a phone call to schedule another repair appointment, and neither the service advisor nor the service manager returns my emails or phone calls. I am left without answers and without a properly repaired vehicle. For a dealership service department, this level of incompetence and lack of customer service is very disappointing. After nine visits and months of wasted time, I still have a vehicle with the same safety-related problem. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone and will be forced to escalate this issue further if it is not handled properly. More
