This dealership used to be pretty chaotic but things have finally actually gotten better! The new management and organization is showing a positive effect. I noticed a lot of good and professional changes. finally actually gotten better! The new management and organization is showing a positive effect. I noticed a lot of good and professional changes. I can actually get in contact with an advisor now. That was previously impossible unless they gave me their personal cell phone. I truly used to hate going there after so many failed visits leading to comebacks for something they messed up. They are actually regaining my trust after a rough 2 years. More

Better than most Kia dealerships in Tulsa as far as leaving the car clean inside and putting paper on floor mats to avoid grease on them from mechanics. Don’t ever do business with Tulsa Kia. This dealership is amazing went above and beyond to help my husband and get a van that was affordable Derek was very responsive to all my questions Sam came to thank me for my business an I felt at home t my husband and get a van that was affordable Derek was very responsive to all my questions Sam came to thank me for my business an I felt at home the finance managers were just breathtaking when it came to being transparent so amazing Oshay took his time to explain truthfully what my payment was and what I was paying in total and made sure I understood the contract I was signing the finance manager that’s in the other office I think his name is chuck he heard me talking about my cats and came in introduced hisself and gave me some info on his cats and what he does to maintain all 12 of them at the end I recommend anyone looking for a truthful transparent dealership that takes care of you as well as making you feel at home you must go check out midtown Kia wonderful experience!!!! More

Patrick always does a fantastic job making sure that whatever I need is taken care of. I came in to show him the chip in my windshield and he took care of everything from there. Frolan vacuumed my front whatever I need is taken care of. I came in to show him the chip in my windshield and he took care of everything from there. I started going to this dealership back in May of 2025. I had just recently bought an older, slightly beat up 2019 optima after getting in a bad wreck and totalling my car. I bought a cheaper car to save t I had just recently bought an older, slightly beat up 2019 optima after getting in a bad wreck and totalling my car. I bought a cheaper car to save the rest of my money and buy my dream car next year. Whenever I bought the car there were some technical things I couldn't figure out. I called another Kia dealership near me and asked for 5 minutes of their time and they told me it would be 5-7 days before they could help me and it would be 195. I just needed to know how to connect my phone to car play (turns out it never worked in the first place). I called midtown and Patrick immediately told me to come down whenever and he'd look for me. Whenever I came out, he couldn't find a solution but went above and beyond to find out I had an extended warranty and recall I didn't know about and got those fixed for me immediately. Fast forward a couple months later I'm having some engine issues and while the managers and techs let my car sit around he kept me updated and made sure my car got back to me when I needed it even if it meant he'd risk things for his sake. I really appreciate Patrick and will always come back to him for my Kia. I only give a lower rating for the dealership because I couldn't get anyone else to answer the phones besides him and the managers let my car sit around and wouldn't give me or him any answers. 100% recommend Patrick Conoway! More
