Found my 2024 F250 Godzilla on Carguru and submitted a request to test drive. Was contacted by Brett within 30 minutes after scheduling an appointment. Three hours later the rest was history and I was dri request to test drive. Was contacted by Brett within 30 minutes after scheduling an appointment. Three hours later the rest was history and I was driving away in my new truck. From the moment I met Brett, I felt he had integrity and honesty as his main priorities. He was upfront about the trucks previous history and was extremely personable during the test drive and sales process. As I was leaving he took the time to setup the My Ford app and load the truck onto my phone. Whatever his commission was on the sale he deserved it More

I had a great experience at the dealership! Everyone I interacted with was very nice and not pushy! I did not feel pressured at all to purchase a vehicle. I warn everyone to be weary of this dealership. Do not be fooled by the kind demeanor that this sales staff puts on. My parents are Residents of Front Royal. They went into this dealership to look at Bronco inventory. They were shown a 2024 Wild Track that the dealer was looking to move because it was a slow Memorial Day. My parents are typically very savvy. The dealer claimed that they were selling the vehicle at their cost. Here's the thing, they had it on Car Gurus advertised for $4k cheaper than my unsuspecting parents paid for the car. I get that the buyer needs to be on their toes, but this dealership has no problem soaking an elderly couple looking to pay cash for a car. I made my parents aware of this and they were legitimately mad and felt taken advantage of. But when they confronted the dealership it was tough cookies. That is the dealers right, but anyone that is willing to blatantly take advantage of a couple of 70 year olds deserves to be out of business. Take your chances with them if you would like, but they did this to a local buyer that was wiling to pre-purchase their maintenance and buy a 100k warranty. Just soaked them. I wish I could make these Jokers famous. They represent everything that is wrong with America. More

First, I was there for over 3 hours then I was presented with cost of the car and fees. 1000 dollars for the cost and a few other charges like a GPS which I wanted. signed the paper. 15 mins later the manag with cost of the car and fees. 1000 dollars for the cost and a few other charges like a GPS which I wanted. signed the paper. 15 mins later the manager comes up to me with all new charges and it was lower, and everything was supposed to be at a 48-month contract, so I signed that paper. sat there for over 1.5 hours waiting to get to the finance department and go in there and she says sign here initial here this is what this is and never goes over anything. well come to find out after I left, they got me for 60 months no GPS and an interest rate of 22.50 on a car of $9,800 after a 3000 dollar down payment. So now I'm stuck making a $299.69 totaling $17981.40 for the next five years. I am so beyond mad about this. They only care about making a dollar and their extra money for selling a car. this is my daughters first car and this is a scam. they throw numbers at you confusing the customer and lying to their customers. the finance lady didn't go into details about any of the paperwork I was in her office less than five mins. What a load of crap. Oh, and they threw in a charge for the car being delivered to the dealer ship months before I bought it that they didn't even tell me about until I looked over the paperwork at home. PEOPLE, PLEASE READ THE PAPERWORK AND WATCH OUT. More
