After our first day looking at Hondas, I realized I would like to test drive a new Toyota. Corwin allowed me to continue working with Trish and test drive a new Toyota Venza. Mo, the Manager at Toyota, worked with Trish and helped me to understand what vehicles were in the pipeline and feel like the car on the lot was an amazing choice. I was so grateful to be able to continue my car search with Trish at Toyota. At the end of my second day of car shopping at Corwin, I was exhausted and still unsure how I was going to get my beautiful new car home (1.5 hrs away). Out of the blue, Trish asked if I'd like her to deliver it today or tomorrow. I was stunned and so grateful. Before the end of the night, my new car was parked in my garage in Alexandria, MN. Not sure how Trish made it happen, but she did. Love my new car and the service Trish and Corwin provided! More

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. My wife and I traveled over 70 miles to see several vehicles that were sent to us over email and also viewed on the website. Once we arrived, we met our sale and I traveled over 70 miles to see several vehicles that were sent to us over email and also viewed on the website. Once we arrived, we met our salesperson, and the process began. Most vehicles were sold days ago but still listed for sale on their web page. One was missing and couldn't be found. One of the main ones we were interested in sold the night before, which is understanding why it was still listed for sale on the website. There were some excuses to be able to view cars on other corwin lots. After some talking with managers, another was finally brought over to view. In all the experience was just frustrating. they tell us our 2021 trade is only valued as a 2022 model, and it wouldn't sell for more. Then, they proceed to list it well over the amount they showed us as a msrp of a 2022 model due to the market being high. It seems to be a lot of misleading. Also sad that they can list your car while it's still dirty and all your stuff still in it that day but can't take cars off the web page they sell. More
