This man needs to be fired immediately and they need to resolve what they did to my car immediately before I take legal action against them. I reported them to Toyota corporate. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I have reviewed them on their website. This company is criminal in their actions. More

Thumbs Up for Patricia Hernandez and Rafael Ruiz!! I had a problem with my Corolla that seems to be burning up oil every thousand miles or so. I spoke with Patricia (Customer Relations) who facilitated the two tests for this problem. She made sure that she and Rafael (Service Consultant) were on the same page and explained the importance of returning at the 1,200 mile mark for the re-inspection. They were pleasant and clear. BTW, I've been going to this dealership, and I recommend them way more than the Oxnard one. In fact, they seem to be even more customer-focused than they have been just two years ago.
