Our experience at Ventura Toyota was the best experience ever at a car dealership. Our sales associate was Luis Martinez. He was straightforward, friendly and honest. In fact, he sold our daughter her first ever at a car dealership. Our sales associate was Luis Martinez. He was straightforward, friendly and honest. In fact, he sold our daughter her first ever new car just a couple months earlier so that speaks volumes about our feelings towards him. We felt zero pressure. We had put a deposit for a specific trim and color we wanted and were told in would be 3 months before it became available. In the meantime, he continued to try locate the model we wanted and delivered just a little over a month later with no dealer mark up for an extremely popular vehicle with difficult to find color and trim.
