MB of Owings Mills is a rare bird of dealerships. Small enough to still care about the customer, but large enough to be very competitive with any other dealer. Their "Crown-Jewel" of the buying pro Small enough to still care about the customer, but large enough to be very competitive with any other dealer. Their "Crown-Jewel" of the buying process is their star salesmen, Dennis Epps. Over the years I have bought nine cars from dealers. No salesman has ever known all of their products, or explained the features and Options better than Dennis. No pressure, just assistance. No "Bait and Switch", just honest and fair pricing. Simply put, I trust Dennis and MB of Owings Mills. I have purchased two Mercedes from them already, and will buy another when it is needed. More

Horrible experience my car was brought in for a warranty repair on the headlight, and when I got home I discovered there was a panel damaged because it was visibly hanging down.when I took the car back not repair on the headlight, and when I got home I discovered there was a panel damaged because it was visibly hanging down.when I took the car back not even a week later they claimed I ran something over. Patricia Doelle the service advisor brought me into the shop to show me the damage. Only for me to show them the damage was from them improperly lifting the car causing even further damage. Patricia was very nasty and disrespectful. I have never experienced such aggression at a place of business and I refuse allow it. I had my vehicle serviced there prior and had to return because lugs were not tightened. More
