My service was completed ahead of the anticipated finish time. That was very much appreciated, since I had another appointment later in the afternoon. When I went to the Cashier’s Desk, I was concerned that there was no plexiglass shield in front of the Cashier’s window! Especially with the Delta Variant Covid-19 cases way up. I think a plexiglass shield would show the public that you value the health of both your patrons and your employees. I did make it a point to express my concern to the dealership’s GM ( I think his name was Pat). He said he would look into it. I am not convinced of that because of his facial expression and tone of voice seemed dismissive to me. I hope that is not the case. More

We have had our older Toyota SUV serviced by Heiser in the past and overall we had good experiences with them so when the time came to purchase a new SUV we went to our sales person Jason. They did not ha the past and overall we had good experiences with them so when the time came to purchase a new SUV we went to our sales person Jason. They did not have the SUV in stock but he informed us of one the dealership had on order. He kept us updated on when the vehicle was do to arrive. He worked with us on a fair price. I believe the only one in the area that was even willing to discount at all! Overall very happy with our buying experience and with our new SUV. More

First attempt at service- called the day prior to confirm shuttle availability which they said they had. However, when I came the next day they said no shuttle was available for a minimum of 3 hours. Sec shuttle availability which they said they had. However, when I came the next day they said no shuttle was available for a minimum of 3 hours. Second attempt- tried again for service months later. Shortly after dropping off my vehicle I received a few calls from the dealership. After hours of attempting to call back and get ahold of the representative, I was told my car had been hit while on the lift in the service shop. This was due to negligence of a service tech that had not properly installed brakes on a vehicle behind mine. They did cover all costs and provided me with a loaner vehicle. However, this is still unacceptable service and I will use any other Toyota dealership in the future. More
