Poor service and communication, took my car in to see why the battery keeps dying after being parked for more that 4-5 days. Battery had been replaced at least 2 times. No one called with updates. Then got a the battery keeps dying after being parked for more that 4-5 days. Battery had been replaced at least 2 times. No one called with updates. Then got a call saying battery was the problem. Service advisor Patrick O’Brian was very rude when confronted about not updating me. Sorry this dealership has not worked with its employees. Lots of bad reviews on Google, yet problems persist there. Will not take either of our Toyotas there again. Very sad cuz that’s where we bought both our vehicles. More
