I had the pleasure of working with P.J. Lee on my purchase of a 2009 Volvo XC 90 in December. PJ was very professional, knowledgable of the car and features, took me for a test drive, and helped me purchase of a 2009 Volvo XC 90 in December. PJ was very professional, knowledgable of the car and features, took me for a test drive, and helped me with my trade-in. The entire process was easy from start to finish. I came in at 11:00 and drove off the lot by 2:00 with my Certified Pre-owned XC 90. I hope to do business with them again. More

My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing our certified pre-owned Volvo XC70 at Prestige Volvo. After visiting several Volvo dealerships in our area in central Jersey, I was very glad that we mad certified pre-owned Volvo XC70 at Prestige Volvo. After visiting several Volvo dealerships in our area in central Jersey, I was very glad that we made the hour long drive north to Prestige Volvo! Our sales associate was Rich Curto and I highly recommend you pay Rich a visit if you're in the market for a new or certified pre-owned volvo. Working with Rich was a no pressure,no hassle car buying experience. Superior customer service. Everyone at the dealership made you feel like family. Pat Masone got us better financing than the Volvo promotion for that month. Again, excellent car buying experience and highly recommend Prestige. There's a reason they're the #1 Volvo dealership. This is our second Volvo S80. A dramatic improvement over the 2002 Volvo S80. Smooth acceleration. Incredible braking. I can only compare the seat comfort to my old Ford Granada Series. I have been a Prestige Volvo customer since 1986-when I purchased my first Volvo. My second was a 2000 S80 in 1999-and it had over 214,000 miles on it. I now wanted an AWD sedan-and I stopped at Prestige f purchased my first Volvo. My second was a 2000 S80 in 1999-and it had over 214,000 miles on it. I now wanted an AWD sedan-and I stopped at Prestige first-to see what was available in certified pre owned AWD vehicles. I met Chris and was very impressed with his advice and no pressure mannerisms. He answered all of my questions, gave me time to think things over-consult my husband-who was also very happy with Chris's professionalism. Chris even came in on his day off to have the car ready for me the next day-and I thank him for that. Pat in finance also obtained a lower interest rate than what was originally quoted-and both gentlemen made the process very seamless. I have always been happy with the service department from previous years-and I would recommend this Volvo dealership to anyone looking for great customer satisfaction. More

This is now my second XC90 with Prestige Volvo, let me begin by saying my first one was awesome and I only traded in cause I wanted a newer model. I visited the dealer in four different occasions just won begin by saying my first one was awesome and I only traded in cause I wanted a newer model. I visited the dealer in four different occasions just wondering around eying their inventory, I must say each time Pat Masone one of their sales managers did nothing but make me feel right at home, always welcoming and willing to answer every question I had. When I finally made up my mind Pat, along with Chris Parada were gracious enough to show me two different cars and put up with my many hesitations, always with smile and with the best of attitudes. After trying to decide between standard 2010 and a super hooked up 2009 both XC90's I could make up my mind for almost and hour I kept going back and forth between the two of them, and trust me I was annoying even my best friend whom I took with me. All that time Pat and Chris where nothing but awesome and patient with me, I left without making up my mind. The next day the GM himself Matt Haiken greets me, with a big smile and tells me the details of both cars, he even knew about the previous owners and gave me even more insight. When somebody loves what they do it shows and everyone I dealt with at this place does. After a brief chat with Joel Casser who is one knowledgeable guy I mean the guy is a Volvo manual walking, and he is so enthusiastic about his knowledge is contagious, I made my mind up for the 2009 XC90 that had all the bells and whistles that the model can offer. Pat my main guy, wasn't there that day but he was nice enough to leave paperwork done for both options in case I made up my mind before I see him again. Then is when Chris Parada and Marc Apirian worked their magic and finished up what Pat so kindly had started for me. On a personal note I was very moved by two things, that had nothing o do with the deal, but everything to do with why I will always be a Prestige Volvo costumer. After I already signed the paperwork, I mentioned that I would like one of the little Teddy bears with the Volvo red sweater, I was halfway kidding, and mentioned kind of under my breath to Chris Parada, not only he had one sitting there for me with the seatbelt on in the car, he also gave my Mom one cause he overheard her say she was gonna take the one they were giving me, I wasn't present when this happened, my brother was and he couldn't stop talking about how ABOVE, BEYOND and FURTHER every one specially Chris were with them who were there just waiting for me. I wasn't present when this took place because I was in Pat Masone's office, watching how with out me even asking, he was telling the Bank I am financing my loan with to lower my interest rate, as a favor to him, to please have my interest rate lowered. This meant he had to redo some paperwork and therefore give himself some more work all to save me money, I already agreed I didn't even realize I could have a lower rate, but he like everyone else at that dealer went ABOVE, BEYOND and FURTHER for me. I am Santiago Sevilla and I am the Maitre' D of the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange I breathe and live costumer service my moto is at Pleasantdale everyone is a VIP and any need shall be met right away, unless is impossible, that takes a little longer. At Prestige Volvo I am a VIP and my every need is met right away therefore at Prestige Volvo I feel right at home. More

We just bought a new XC60 and couldn't be happier with the experience at Prestige. After our 2004 XC90 was totaled in an bad accident and we walked away without a scratch we were committed to buying anot the experience at Prestige. Although we live in NYC we'd had our XC90 serviced at Prestige on a friend's recommendation after bad experiences in Manhattan. Prestige has a great service department that was worth the drive out and we decided to see what they could do for us on a new car. We dealt with PJ Lee, who was absolutely terrific. Our negotiations ended up being by phone and PJ was helpful and accommodating throughout and arranged for us to order exactly the car that we wanted. Prestige's price was excellent and the whole experience from beginning to end was great: efficient, friendly and attentive. We'd been to other dealers and at Prestige we experienced none of the high-pressure and ethically questionable tactics we saw elsewhere. When we went to pick up the car PJ was great in getting everything done quickly and easily and explained everything about the new car. Pat Massone was also efficient and helpful with financing and related matters. Prestige is an outstanding and ethical dealership. We'd recommend them and PJ to anyone. We love the XC60 and will definitely go back to Prestige in the future. More

My husband and I recently purchased a new 2012 XC90 from Deborah. After meeting with her, we were certain we had found the right person and the right dealership. She was friendly and straight forward with Deborah. After meeting with her, we were certain we had found the right person and the right dealership. She was friendly and straight forward with us. She was informed about the vehicle and expedited the process so that it was seamless. She introduced us to Pat in the financing department who also got us in and out in no time which is what we needed to do with 2 young kids. The exact car we wanted was brought in faster than we had expected and at the end of the day, we got the best car for the best price - hands down. We couldn't ask for anything more! More

We had a great buying experience at Prestige Volvo. Our salesperson, Deborah, was great and so was the finance guy, Pat. Joel Casser knows his stuff. He is the tech man! There isn't an aspect of the S60 that he isn't familiar with. He spent plenty of time with me explaining how my car worked, and when the dealership closed isn't an aspect of the S60 that he isn't familiar with. He spent plenty of time with me explaining how my car worked, and when the dealership closed while he was still explaining my car, he said not to worry, that his hours were "merely a suggestion." Now THAT'S customer service! More
