Great Experience with S60 Lease I leased an 2015 S60 from Prestige. Lindsey Mastroianni, the internet sales rep was fantastic. She was detailed and precise. Every question I had was I leased an 2015 S60 from Prestige. Lindsey Mastroianni, the internet sales rep was fantastic. She was detailed and precise. Every question I had was answered fully. She was forthcoming with all the numbers and calculations I asked for. I would highly recommend shopping at Prestige. Pat Masone the finance guy was great as well. Honestly, the most pleasant auto dealership experience I have ever had. More

Pleasant buying experience This was my first time buying a car. I had been to a few dealerships that evening and even though I showed up a few minutes before they closed, Debra This was my first time buying a car. I had been to a few dealerships that evening and even though I showed up a few minutes before they closed, Debra took the time to show me some cars. No one there pressured me to put any add-ons other than one they said they felt strongly about. I declined and they left me alone then on that topic. Debra took the time to teach me how to use the car and program it for me as well. Chris was just a very pleasant guy to talk to. They always made me feel comfortable. More

That was easy.. Have to say, this was the first time that a vehicle was brought to my home for a test drive. You get to see what the car looks like in your driveway, Have to say, this was the first time that a vehicle was brought to my home for a test drive. You get to see what the car looks like in your driveway, and driving near your home is a little more relaxed, and lets you concentrate on the vehicle, not the traffic ! Lindsey answered every tech-question I could throw at her. We are looking forward to our Prestige Volvo relationship which is off to a great start! More

Volvo Lease I saw the Volvo S60 at the NY Auto show this year. Of all the cars, the Volvo had the most beautiful interior and a great safety rating. However, I I saw the Volvo S60 at the NY Auto show this year. Of all the cars, the Volvo had the most beautiful interior and a great safety rating. However, I though it was out of my price range. I had passed the dealership many times, but decided to stop in after having lunch at the diner next door. Although I told him I was just looking, Don Chopoorian spent as over a half hour explaining the features of the car and assured me that we could make a lease deal close to what I was paying for a Honda Accord. I returned last Saturday after test driving the new Honda. Don was busy but his boss, Chris Frangipane let my wife and I test drive the car on all types of roads in the vicinity of the dealership. Upon returning, we negotiated a great lease rate for a car to be delivered in a few days. I did the paperwork with Pat Masone, who patiently answered any questions I had. Don then explained the features of the car in great depth, and off I went. A very pleasant and low pressure experience. I would recommend this team to anyone. More

I thought that Don Copoorian was fantastic! My experience with Don was fantastic. He came into work with me on his day off. He gave the impression that there was no place else he wanted to be, t My experience with Don was fantastic. He came into work with me on his day off. He gave the impression that there was no place else he wanted to be, than talking to me and my mother. I had seen an S 40, 2010 on the internet and that was the car he sold me, for a reasonable price. I feel like I got real value from my purchase and dealing with Prestige. Don did not pressure me and was great to deal with in every way. I would highly recommend him to anyone who I run across that is looking for a car. Thanks for the great experience Don. More

MONEY I purchased a new Volvo xc90 and traded in my Mercedes Benz gl350 on 10.26.13, I told Pat mason and rich the sales person that my Mercedes need to be I purchased a new Volvo xc90 and traded in my Mercedes Benz gl350 on 10.26.13, I told Pat mason and rich the sales person that my Mercedes need to be returned to mb in Morristown before the 5th so I would not be charged another lease payment. The car was held for 3 weeks and was driven. I was charged another lease payment and my Mercedes was finally returned on 11.23.14. I called and spoke to pat and he said I would have MY money returned to me within a couple of days. I called a couple of days later and he said the owner had called mb and was getting me MY money back (because prestige Volvo buys a lot of cars from mb ) and this would take a couple of more days. I reached out to the general manager ( Matthew Haiken / owners son ) and he played as if this was the first time he heard anything about this issue. Matthew personal said he would take care of this issue and would get back to me in a couple of days. It’s now been 5 months and no one will call me back or is willing to help me. This is not what I expect from a (want to be high line dealer ship). I even went as far as to call Volvo North America and spoke to a customer representative and they were no help. They have nothing to do with independently owned dealers, she tried to reached out to the market manager for prestige volvo and that did nothing. More

Lindsey was extraordinarily personable and helpful. Lindsey seemed to understand the brand and its attraction to customers. It was a much easier experience than I anticipated and I feel supported by her even post-purchase. I also very much appreciated Lindsey putting me in touch with Jay, the head of repairs. Jay was able to tell me how to best maintain my particular model and listened to my concerns. Very good service. We negotiated the price on the internet with Tina, she was very fast to response back to me and gave me a very good price. We came to sign the papers and Pat was able to drop the i internet with Tina, she was very fast to response back to me and gave me a very good price. We came to sign the papers and Pat was able to drop the interest rate from 2.99 to 0.9 percent. Both Tina and Pat were as friendly as it could be. I highly recommend this place to everyone. More
