My husband is 6'5" and it is hard for him to fit in most cars. We have a 15 year old Chevrolet Suburban that is wonderful but is getting ready to retire and we wanted to downsize but with all the same comfort. We walked into Prestige Volvo and a salesman was called to help us, Paul "PJ" Lee. PJ was very warm and friendly and enthusiastic about the Volvo cars. He answered all our questions and gave us a ton of information. We test drove the XC90 and the XC60 and by the time we finished with the second test drive, my husband said - "Oh brother, I think we are buying a car!" The receptionists at Prestige Volvo were personable and friendly, the finance manager, Pat Masone was very friendly and thorough - little or no time spent to complete the paperwork. PJ Lee answered all our questions and then some. PJ seems to really know his Volvo and like them too. He was thorough but not pushy and that made our experience one of the best. It was a pleasure working with him. More

We did our research and homework ahead of time and found the exact vehicle we were looking for was located at the Prestige Volvo dealership so we headed over. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by friendly staff and introduced to Ron Landstrom, who would be our salesman. From the very beginning, he was honest and patient with us and did not resemble at all, the stereotypical "car salesman". He took us over to view the vehicle we were interested in and then answered all of our questions and concerns while we sat down to crunch numbers. In the meantime, my husband and I were drooling over the beautiful fully loaded model in the showroom. We ended up falling in love with that one instead and made a deal. Ron was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him and the entire Prestige Volvo team. He has since followed up with us numerous times to ensure we are enjoying our new vehicle and to answer any questions we may have. When I took the car in to have accessories installed, he was there to answer my questions and make sure I had a loaner car ready and available.
