I felt like I was baited and then switched. Good Morning, I wanted to first apologize for the confusion and way this went down. I did speak to Ahmed and Jill to figure out what happened with this. They showed me all the paperwork and there was a mistake made by Ahmed when going over the payments. He forgot to add your Illinois sales tax into the loan. I know you feel like you were baited and switched but this what not the case. If you would like to cancel the extended warranty you may do so and the refund will go back to the bank towards your loan balance. Yet again we are very sorry for the confusion please let me know if there is anything we can do!
