I had the car at the shop 3 times for problems with the console. The technician didn't test his work so the problems continue. I have no idea when the screen is going to change and what it will display nex console. The technician didn't test his work so the problems continue. Great to deal with. Very up front about vehicles and what they are doing. They also keep you updated on time frames for work being done. My recent service visit to W&L Subaru was a wonderful experience. I was quickly greeted in the state of the art service lane by W&L Subaru Service Manager Roy Beck. I was offered a courtesy vehicle but I experience. I was quickly greeted in the state of the art service lane by W&L Subaru Service Manager Roy Beck. I was offered a courtesy vehicle but I wanted to stay and check out the facility. Our Subaru Crosstrek was immediately taken back to the service center while I retired to the clean comfortable waiting area. I enjoyed a delicious cup of Bason Coffee while sharing Subaru stories with the other service customers. The waiting area is well stocked with complimentary refreshments. It’s a very pleasant place to get Genuine Subaru maintenance and repairs. They even have a separate secure play area for young children. The W&L Subaru dealership is beautifully decorated for Christmas. I especially liked the lighted polar bear! My service advisor Owen Long kept me updated throughout the service process via text messages and even sent me a link to a video of our Subaru being worked on. While our Crosstrek “Little Blackie” was getting expert care, there was time for checking out the showroom. There are so many exciting new Subaru vehicles available to choose from for buyers who are taking advantage of The Subaru Share The Love Event which is happening now. Within no time, Owen Long presented a comprehensive report for our newly serviced and courtesy washed Subaru. The professional team at W&L Subaru always exceeds our expectations! We are now ready to drive with confidence throughout the winter months. Thank you W&L Subaru! More
