In 2020 I was in desperate need of a vehicle with no credit. Jorge held the car I wanted for about a month while I got together the money for a down payment. Fast forward 5 years, my vehicle was starting to have issue after issue due to its age, and I was getting stranded every week. I was in desperate need of a vehicle again and in a sticky situation financially after attempting to fix my old vehicle. I left the same day in a 2023 Kia Forte GT Line with an extended warranty to offer me peace of mind. Ouafaa was my sales agent and she did everything in her power to get me the best rate and to ensure I was not only leaving with something that I love, but something that is reliable and fit in my budget. I cried happy tears the whole way home because before I went in, I truly didn’t know what I was going to do with no vehicle. I was scared, lost and hopeless.
