last oil change too over 2 hrs and there was the smell of burning oil for a while after as if someone had spilled some on the exhaust system. More

Kim, A normal oil change with Multi-Point inspection will take anywhere between 60-90 minutes, but it shouldn't take over two hours... Please accept our humble apology for any inconvenience we may have caused you, and thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we may avoid this happening again.
