I called Hamer Sunday morning and wanted to see a particular car, a nearly new GR86. I connected with Oscar and he invited me in. I liked the car but told Oscar we had just transferred money to my ch particular car, a nearly new GR86. I connected with Oscar and he invited me in. I liked the car but told Oscar we had just transferred money to my checking account and we wouldn’t be buying today. He asked if I was interested in buying the car and I said yes but probably not until Tuesday when my money would be in the account. Well, we went through the pricing, settled on a reasonable price and I decided to buy now. I used a card for the down payment. There was no high pressure so the whole experience was painless and positive. I think the price was reasonable and I went home with the car. I went back on Tuesday with a check. So, all things considered, a good experience with Hamer and Oscar. So, thanks Oscar and I’m enjoying the car. More

Oscar P. is a very knowledgeable person, very helpful, he assists with things that are not even part of his duties. He goes the extra mile to help the customer. He is patience and shows lots of empathy. When I arrived at the dealership, I explained to Oscar what I wanted and he made it possible for me. He arranged a manageable financing program; although I wanted more aid, I understand that in this economy everything is much more expensive. Once I got the car he showed me how to set up my vehicle. With all these new technologies, Oscar taught me the most important elements for setting the vehicle properly. And if I had questions on how to do a specific feature, he would answer it. He knows how these new vehicles operate. I had a small issue with the manufacturer painting, and here is where Oscar went beyond his duties, helping me to get the car fixed and look as a brand new car without any problems with the painting. It took a while, but it was done. It was no longer in the hands of Oscar to be done quickly, rather the management and the service center. Hey, better late than ever. I highly recommend Oscar who can assist you with the process of getting your brand new car whether you prefer a lease or a purchase, Oscar is there for you. I’m very grateful for excellent service.
