Everyone was great to work with. Omar was the sales agent that took us on our test drive. He helped us understand the benefits of the car without pressuring us. We got off to a bad start since Oscar did not show up to the appointment that we had scheduled. The vehicle was also not on the premise as he had said it would be. Quite frankly, Ahmed is the one who made t the appointment that we had scheduled. The vehicle was also not on the premise as he had said it would be. Quite frankly, Ahmed is the one who made this transaction. The waiting time to get the paperwork signed was a bit excessive, not sure if you were understaffed or if there were any other reasons. I dont' know who Richard Andersen is, but maybe that's a good thing. Ryan was kind and pretty funny. He made the finances part as painless as could be. He was prepared and it went quickly. I had to wait over 4 hours to buy/used car and get the process complete. I finshed the finance part at 2 our mark. Had to wait two hours to get the car and washed. Oscar was terrible in explaining all the process complete. I finshed the finance part at 2 our mark. Had to wait two hours to get the car and washed. Oscar was terrible in explaining all the features and left me to deal with another client while I sat there for two hours. The setup in this location is terrible and would not recommend anyone to come here, because all they care was about the sale and not a happy customer. Managment didn’t help on the day of, all he said was trying our best . Beyond terrible More
