The dealership is very modern and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibes. The way the cars are set up its very unique to VW I had the pleasure of leasing my car at this location and my sales reps Narc atmosphere and vibes. I have had 6 VWs over the past 30 years. I had a problem with a chronic issue and was a couple days out of warranty. The service manager Bill went to bat for me and was able to convince corp I had a problem with a chronic issue and was a couple days out of warranty. The service manager Bill went to bat for me and was able to convince corporate to honor the warranty since the problem started well in the warranty window. Then I bought a new Tiguan r-line with Narcis and it was a complete breeze. He didn't xx me with unreasonable offers - a quick and respectful back and forth and we came to a fair deal. Would recommend working with Bill and Narcis at this dealership for sure. More
