my starter issue that I came in with was resolved, thank you. however i currently have some issues that I did not have prior. My A/C is not blowing cold air as well as my lock button is not working on the you. however i currently have some issues that I did not have prior. My A/C is not blowing cold air as well as my lock button is not working on the drivers side. Orlando told me my car needed to stay overnight, which was not an issue for me, however, it remained there for an extra day and I received no call or update on it, in fact, i had to call after the second day that it was there to receive an update. No apology for any inconvenience it may have caused me, that simple communication could have cleared up. Also, everything cost over $2,000 and I asked Orlando if I would receive a car wash and he stated i would, but when I picked up my car it was in the same condition as I dropped it off as. He never told me why there was no car wash done, or that it wouldnt be done anymore for whatever reason. I was overall treated as though I didnt know much and that I did not have to be updated or informed of anything regarding my vehicle. I have three kids and not much time to not have a vehicle, which is why i did not bring it back immediately. I will be calling for another appointment and hopefully everything can be rectified. The service rep called parts in front of me, and gave me a quote for my battery. The price seemed very high. When I called the parts department myself to get the price, their quote was significantly lower t a quote for my battery. The price seemed very high. When I called the parts department myself to get the price, their quote was significantly lower than what the service rep gave me. I will be avoiding this dealership in the future. Honda's values reflect honesty and my experience with the service rep was not something I would like to repeat. More
