I made a 7 AM appointment and was told that with the recall and basic maintenance, I would be finished in about an hour. The drop off for the car took over a half hour and when I was finally checked in, recall and basic maintenance, I would be finished in about an hour. The drop off for the car took over a half hour and when I was finally checked in, I was told that it would take at least 3 to 4 hours for my car to be done. There was no transportation and I had to walk to miles to get to where I needed to be. When I picked up my car, the charges included some type of maintenance to the all wheel drive system that cost over $200 and there was really no explanation as to what was done And why. More

Appointments are irrelevant. They close earlier than business hours state. There’s no communication whatsoever. Well Let me see, Dropped the car off for 2 recalls and an oil change. 1 recall for a Fule pump, another for a grease, spring, cap. The Fuel pump they never got, the spring parts never arrived. I waited for oil change. 1 recall for a Fule pump, another for a grease, spring, cap. The Fuel pump they never got, the spring parts never arrived. I waited for 1/2 hr in freezing temperature outside for them to get the car out. The next day they called to tell me that the spring parts were in stock so I asked what about the fuel pump and they said they would have to check my pump. Something I guess they DIDN'T Check in the 8 hours that they had the car. So tell me, How did it go ? More
