Service experience was great. Timely, professional and good communication. What I didn't like was the 3% credit card fee that greedy dealers charge. This fee has always been built into the price of their service or products. But now the greedy dealer has found a way to extract more money from you. May think twice before I go back to Tampa Bay Toyota. More

bad service, the car was taken for one day and kept at the service for 7 days. A replacement car was only provided for one day. My family spent the Christmas holidays without a car. The manager promised a the service for 7 days. A replacement car was only provided for one day. My family spent the Christmas holidays without a car. The manager promised a discount for the services, but on the day of the car's delivery they wrote a number of other services for which I would have to pay extra and they gave a discount on them. This is simply deception of customers. I am glad that I took the car, I will not service my car at the official dealer anymore, it is expensive, takes a long time and there is a lot of deception. More
