Great experience! I spent months searching for cars on CarGurus.com before I was ready to take the search seriously. I stumbled across 2012 Honda CR-V with a great pric I spent months searching for cars on CarGurus.com before I was ready to take the search seriously. I stumbled across 2012 Honda CR-V with a great price. I visited, took a test drive, and spoke with Jim about a trade in and purchase. I wouldn't have traded my experience with him! I had never searched for a car alone before and Jim made it a wonderful and pain free experience! He understood me needing my dad to help with the trade and purchase and he made sure we worked as a team to make it happen! I really can't express the kindness and compassion Jim has for helping people. The only complaint I had was when it came to financing my car. We weren't interested in purchasing any additional coverage/packages and before we realized it the length of the finance was chosen for me (before I could say I preferred 72 months over 60 months.) Thankfully, I can afford the monthly payments! But overall, I had an experience that couldn't be beat and I would recommend Halleen Kia to anyone looking for a new or used car! More

Halleen Kia has a place on the paperwork to sign such an agreement, but it is clearly marked, not hidden in the small print, and it is NOT a requirement for buying a car. The salesman, Jim McConville, made all information available, was true to his word, gave me a good price, Jim is very personable and easy to work with. I had to travel from the Akron area to North Olmsted, but it was worth it. More

WOW what a difference! In 30 years of buying cars I have to say this was BY FAR the easiest transaction I have ever had buying a car! Jim greeted me as I walked away from my car to look at new cars and was not the typical salesman. He was easy going, not pushy and gave me a chance to walk around if I chose to. Being that I started the purchase online everything was in the system already. We took a test drive and my opinion of KIA was instantly change. The car was a pleasure to drive, seemed solid and handled well. Doing the paperwork at the dealership was easy, Jim gave me options and revised my options when I asked for different down payments. The credit department was a breeze and I was in and out in about 90 minutes from the time I stepped on the lot to I left with my new car. Overall, this was the best experience buying a car I have ever had and would highly recommend doing business with Jim again. More
