No nonsense experience Jay went out of his way to ensure we had the best fit in terms of the vehicle, trim level, and options, as well as with the various finance options. New car experience I am giving this review 5 stars ONLY because of my sales person Arnaldo Rivera. He was amazing, he was never pushy, was honest and took the time after I am giving this review 5 stars ONLY because of my sales person Arnaldo Rivera. He was amazing, he was never pushy, was honest and took the time after I purchased my first new car to go over all the features. However, the finance manager Oleg Vera was unbelievably rude, arrogant and pushy to spend more money on things that I did not want. I would go back to Halleen Kia and deal with Arnaldo again happily, but I would make sure to steer clear from Oleg. He made what was supposed to be an exciting day for me frustrating and draining. More
