This time around, I had decided to shop around and I actually compared other luxury vehicles and dealerships to BMW. I wanted to ensure I was making the right choice because I was upgrading and getting a bigger vehicle (SUV) this time. Well, once again, BMW stood out with their service, professionalism and personalized touch with my family. I’m a Mom of 2 & I was getting ready to go back to work so my stress level was higher. But JR out those feelings at ease with his warmth, patience and understanding of the process for me. He was even honest about the pros and cons of some of the cars I was considering, which I appreciated. You don’t always have truly honest people assisting you, many of them tend to be focused on just making the sale. But JR was exceptional and so good with my kids. He helped watch them while I looked at cars and while I signed all the paperwork. The efforts of his staff (@Ed Kiley and @Noha Amin), also made a difference. And as a side note, since I am a Mom, can I just say kudos to this BMW for having such an AMAZING kids section to keep the children occupied. That was a big win. Thank you to the team, JR, Ed and Noha, for a wonderful experience and for helping me pick my dream vehicle and making this Mom feel safe with her kids in the car as well. More

Great Buying Experience I have done business with the Flemington family of car dealerships (Audi/BMW/Jeep) for years, and have spent a good portion of those years with the BM I have done business with the Flemington family of car dealerships (Audi/BMW/Jeep) for years, and have spent a good portion of those years with the BMW team. I have purchased and serviced my cars with them when they had the old building and now with the new facility. The one thing that makes the Flemington team different from any other is the people, specifically Bill Hinton and Ed Kiley. They are like a family that treats you like a welcomed guest or family member. I have had nothing but great experiences in dealing with everyone at the dealership. The one thing that I have observed over the years is that a large number of the customers at the dealership are either repeat customers or referred customers. That is not the perception one would have of automotive sales. In this case it is a true example that it is not "where you buy your car", but more about "who you buy your car from.." that matters. And the sales, service, and overall welcoming environment generated by the personnel is what seems to make this dealership special. More
